You own your data. If you want it deleted, we will delete it — completely and promptly. Here is exactly how to do it and what happens when you do.
You have two ways to delete your data:
Open Smaraan → Tap your profile icon → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data immediately.
Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address associated with your Smaraan account. We will process the request within 7 working days and confirm via email once complete.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your streak and progress cannot be recovered after deletion.
Some data is held by third-party services under their own policies:
If you only want to cancel your Premium subscription without deleting your account, you can do so directly through the Google Play subscriptions page. Your account and prayer history will remain intact. You will move to the free tier at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your data. To delete your data, follow the steps above.
